- Amazing colleagues & working enviorement; - Very good Work/Life balance; - Low pressure & good working freedom as long as you deliver; - Good benefits; - Great for development & self improvement.

Cons

- Lack of organisation at times (company level, departments and resources); - Very hard to have career progression; - Lack of consideration from upper management for their employees. (more than once, the owners have fired a big number of people to save money for the mistakes they made on acquisitions and management of the company)

The coworkers are very nice.

Cons

Managers tend to be pretty bad at their job. Roles are very narrowly specialized which severely limits your career progression opportunities outside the company. You acquire a lot of useless skills.
