Leadership doesn't have a clue where the company is headed. There’s a lot of restructuring, and layoffs are pretty common. On top of that, salaries are low.

- There was, as of early 2025, a clear discord between USA and European divisions, their visions and approach. When it came to reducing headcount in 2024, mostly the European divisions were affected. - The company as a whole doesn't know how to leverage the emergent AI/ML technologies, blindly trying everything at once.
