      Over scaling and now trying to cut down in the most cut throat ways

      Full flexibility in working arrangements. Used to have high and rewarding bonus (Not anymore). Biggest and most renown Crypto Exchange in the world.

      Cons

      Company is growing excessively huge and starts to cut down on employees using weird justification. Many red tapes and everyone is fearful of getting fired easily. Perks and rewards are cutting down heavily
