Remote work so u don’t have to be stuck in an office

Cons

They didn’t mention that their budget is significantly lower than your current salary until the very last stage of the interview process. I don’t see anyone willing to take a 40% paycut ? Furthermore, the hr didn’t show up for meeting and only follow up with an email two hours later. Also, the hr changed the meeting time 5 mins before the start of the meeting
