      Chat case volumes are massive and had to over reach parallel clients per agent limits, Very fast paced and High Pressure Role, Somewhat hard to fill management promotion requirements

      - Flexible working hours - Exposure to projects and even leading a team

      Cons

      - Management is messy and do not know what they are doing. (No clear instructions and SOP) - Overwhelming workload - Salary for analyst is not high but management expect you to take up a lot of responsibilities -Short of EXPERIENCED people in the department. (Most senior analyst do not know KYC knowledge well. Just learning as they goes) - Squeezing dry their analyst becos of the lack of manpower. -Poor management
