      Fantastic people, fantastic company, great values

      I have given the company four out of five stars for the reason that this is a rather hard core work environment, you are expected to work hard and deliver. Its not a job I work place I would recommend to anyone, you have to constantly push yourself and develop, for those that are fine with working hard, and win, this is the place to be.

      - wfh - CEO is generous to the staffs

      Cons

      - the team leads are rude and inexperienced, just because they joined the company early, they are promoted to team leads but with the knowledge they have, can only survive in the fintech industry. - scolding of vulgarities when they are angry cause they kana say or questioned by the higher ups / you don’t meet their target / you do wrongly - Team Lead is just a “title” in the company, but actually you don’t need to have much knowledge to be a “team lead” in binance. - expect you to know how to do everything - turnover rate is very high
