Binance isn’t a place with 9-5 employees and corporate red tape. We have always had a startup mindset, which means we don’t bog ourselves down with excessive processes and guidelines. Being able to thrive in a sometimes chaotic, yet highly impactful and energetic culture is a must-have for any Binance Employee.
