      No respect to employees Expect you to standby 24/7 Disaster if you cannot speak Chinese Crazy KPIs that you cannot meet Minimal to 0 training Ridiculous turnover rate, people leaving in months even in weeks! Employee wellness, mental and physical, is never a priority here Long working hours
