Get thrown in the deep end straight away. Hardly any training on anything and huge work load from day one. Constant information overload and dozens of text messages emails each day and no time to do anything other than fire fighting. Systems are changing constantly, not fully integrated resulting in a lot of work. Unrealistic expectations from management. Unpleasant atmosphere due to stress from long hours and constant pressure among CSAgents. No job satisfaction and work load amongst team members rising. Staff turnover is very high. In 1 year I saw a lot of people leaving.
