Pros

It was a great place to work for a very long time.

Cons

After 16+ Years they fired all but like 20 people that now have to operate the Customer Service for ALL of Europe with the help of a Call Center in Portugal. The Cork Manager always assured us that no layoffs would be happening only to power through the 2024 Layoff with a ,Union Busting, cutthroat, way.

Pros

Coworkers are great and talented Culture is fun and diverse

Cons

Game Executives don't listen to developers enough to make good business decisions to maintain brand trust. Game Executives focus more on making money than preventing dev burnout.
