      Pros

      Great culture within my team and department. Salary was competitive enough, although lower compared to other tech industry and game studios. Blizzard has been through a lot of drama and public issues, but internally they made strides to correct them.

      Cons

      Went through a lot of layoff waves and more once acquired by Microsoft. Hopefully they stop this pattern. They are also bringing back RTO, and slowly phasing out WFH for most new roles.

      The People, Culture & main campus were pretty nice

      Cons

      Generally, the compensation was pretty subpar. External leaders were brought in that destroyed company culture
