Pros

awesome co-workers, relaxed culture, job security, good work/life balance, if you enjoy Blizzard games, you get those perks.

Cons

alcohol is too big in this culture, extreme bro-culture, sexism is alive and well here, not enough women in higher level positions, growth is very slow and difficult, pay is below industry standards

Pros

benefits free gifts discounts geek culture great if you love and are passionate about the games.

Cons

Mike is gone, the company is no longer the same. if you are looking for somewhere to start and you are lucky enough to get hired, get the experience and then look for something that pays more for what you do and what you are worth. This company is too corporate now and will use employees passion for their gain.

Pros

The People, the swag, Blizzcon, the company events.

Cons

The management playing favorites and making your life hell if they don't like you. Customer support being treated like crap by higher levels in the company.
