Pros
- Passionate and talented coworkers - Daily work is fun and the team balances high quality work with reasonable amounts of feedback - Being able to work on a title I love - Internal change is happening--slowly but surely - It's very rewarding making players happy and contributing to a strong art team - Little to no crunch on my team - Good work-life balance, producers work hard to make sure schedules are flexible
Cons
- It's corporate and all the cons that go with it. It feels like a constant tug of war between developers and c-suite - Bonuses are non-existent - Pay is not competitive at all compared to other AAA studios - Executives say the team is collaborative but behave in a top-down manner - Profit > people, like any AAA studio they will lay off talented people with great reviews and standing
