Pros

New CEO actually looks like they will change things within the company Subsidized lunches for the RTO days Dog friendly campus Bonus is based on performance review instead of leeching off the WoW team again Swag giveaways

Cons

You can have a good performance review and your manager will still find things to fire you over Not diversity friendly like they were supposed to be after the lawsuits Would only take this job to open up more opportunities for me in the games industry - not necessarily become a Management make up weird policies on the spot whenever they disagree with you taking time off Can't use 2-year Stein as drinkware as it contains lead Every event feels like BlizzCon where no one knows how to shower or act in public People still glorifying the cube crawl days
