Pros

Most floor level people care. Cool to work for if you enjoy their games.

Cons

Intentionally mis-clasifying job titles to underpay many different positions. Makes many false promises for promotions, raises, similar.

Pros

- Coworkers and culture - Direct management was great. They were there to support their teams in any way. - WFH possible since 2020 - Consistent schedule

Cons

- Upper management/C-suite seems disconnected from what's makes the company special - A feeling that $$$ is more important than doing what's right for the players and employees that keep things running day-to-day

Pros

The games are inspiring and fun, definitely there’s a sense of history with blizzard

Cons

Everything is falling apart more than ever. Even before the layoffs and acquisition, Blizzard was getting destroyed by the weight of many years of poor decision making. Very unfortunate to see but it’s the truth. So many people with knives out and expecting politics to be played at every turn.
