Pros

There's so much to do on campus so you have all you need here on-site from learning, exercise, food, friends, and fun! The really promote health and wellness and have great perks to go with it. Everyone has been super friendly so far... My management team has been very welcoming and open to my ideas but you need to seek to understand before you insist on making changes which I can respect. Seems overall like a positive atmosphere!

Cons

It's a small company feel even though it's global so there's some growing pains currently but luckily they are open to change and to think on more of a global footprint.

Good I guess

Pros

The health benefits are great. Most reps are excited to be there and are happy to work at Blizzard.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Top heavy in management so there isn't much back filling. Some managers have an ego about them and if you go against what they say or if they don't like you they will push you out.
