Pros

Located in a good area. Dog friendly campus.

Cons

Very corporate. Disorganized and innefficient company structure. Out of touch. Many devs/artists don't play their own game. HR and IT are a headache to deal with. You'd be lucky to get issues resolved in a couple business days. My first month here was a mess. The first day I was set to work my workstation wasn't set up properly. It took about a month for the team to get everything set up. My onboarding was such a headache. Aside from not having a working PC they spelled my name wrong on my badge. When I got a new one with correct spelling a week later it didn't work and I had to message my supe to let me in buildings. There's no screening process at all for an employee to bring their dog(s). Some of the dogs are out of control and should not be brought to work.
