      Pros

      Almost every person you interface with is passionate about the product or what Blizzard are doing! Culture of the organization is friendly, caring and open. Employees are very much encouraged to 'be themselves' and express that through their work. There were great opportunities to develop in 2011 when I last worked at Blizzard.

      Cons

      Lots of moving parts, and new to leadership roles/managers can be challenging for employees to navigate.

      Pros

      We are surrounded by smart, inventive and creative colleagues and there is a real feeling of being part of a family. This feeling is so important and so strong. There is also casual attire at the office, good benefits, and amazing "soft" benefits. They spoil us with so many employee services and gifts. Also offer competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Lack of global vision from headquarters. Failure to keep up with the times in regard to social media primarily and also taking risks.

      Pros

      Great culture but career opportunities are lacking Lots of small bonuses, fun to work here. Blizzcon is a great time and the people are all chill.

      Cons

      Very difficult to progress in terms of career. Management is sometimes lacking, sometimes disorganized. When you have no oversight you will not get anywhere.
