Pros

It is a great company to work for. Great enviroment, lots of stuff to learn. Custom tools to work with, several departments if promoted... Canteen, small gym, not bad location. (Close to a supermarket) Parking nearby, free. Geeky enviroment, great collagues.

Cons

It is turning into a call center, cold and less personal. Managers lacks some motivation skills. The area is not the best of the town. Salary can be a bit better and bonuses can definitely improve. (As it use to be a few years ago.)

Pros

The dream job. I get to work on some of the best games in the world within an amazing culture. Everyone has incredible passion for both the company and their job. Keg in the office, kolaches and donuts throughout the week, tacos on Friday. All of upper management and the execs care dearly about their employees.

Cons

That most people in the world won't get to experience the glory of working here.
