Pros

The pay isn't great from the start, but you get excellent benefits. Which can't be said for most places. Raises happen each year, depending on your ability to perform. The management really cares for the little guy. While some business needs contrast with that, it's comforting to know that Morhaime at the top truly cares. On site gym, cafeteria is nice while not being anything too fancy, you can decorate your desk with any geek stuff you want.

Cons

Slow progression, but it's a work in progress. If you're looking to move onto anything beyond CS, you have steep competition. Even for internal applications, there are a lot of people pining to move up, and many have put in lengthy time working towards it. You will need to do the same. A couple of the metrics systems in place don't properly reflect an agents ability to provide good service.
