Pros

The atmosphere is amazing for a gamer, very relaxed and thriving internet culture. Definitely was a home away from home, and working late was never a problem there.

Cons

The pay rate is definitely lacking, though it appears to be consistent with the rest of the gaming industry.

Pros

- You learn a lot. Their Training programs are very good - Easygoing staff - Payment is nice and benefits are quite OK - Mentoring and advice is remarkably good. -Very competitive atmosphere. Stats and metrics.

Cons

- Employees metrics could be improved and made them more fair. - Quality comes only from surveys from customers. Quite hardcore. - You have to find a way to "outsmart" the ladder system for internal progression.

Every voice matters. -It's a bunch of gamers, regardless of your job - you'll feel welcomed and have fun here on a daily basis. -Fantastic benefits, fantastic CEO and upper management -Fun perks if you're a gamer -Casual attire

Cons

-Too many communication silos everywhere -Not enough accountability -Too many inconsistencies across the customer service floor (due to poor communication and upholding accountability)
