Pros

Good bonus structure and fun co-workers

Cons

Unfair pay scale, poorly thought out execution of job descriptions, recognition is very low and the overall customer service support center doesn't feel like the real Blizzard in terms of a progressive gaming company.

Cons

- Representatives at the Austin location were treated differently from Irvine. - Poor management - Reactive instead of proactive environment.

Pros

Overall, it is Blizzard! Growing up any real gamer has played at least one of their games. It's hard to not feel awesome when working for one, if not THE best gaming companies in the world. If you need a "glimpse" into the life of a Blizzard employee, just visit their website. They have pictures of the campus, and even pics of some of the offices.

Cons

Long hours, HIGH stress, sudden overtime shifts added to your day, secluded assignments, favoritism, mini high school at times.
