Pros

Positive working environment, possibilities to grow within the business and friendly. Competitive and collaborative. It's a great place to work despite having to move to another country.

Cons

Business needs and company changes are helping to lose the feeling you have at the beginning being in an epic place. As more the company grows it's losing its best tool, people wanting to work for this company to just work in it to get a salary.

Pros

Pay is good, with bonuses once you are a full-time employee The work is quite easy, mostly typing They are very open to suggestions Casual dress code

Cons

It can get a little wearing after awhile as people get really upset about things that are just a part of the game, but Customer Service is repetitive anywhere you go really There is occasionally mandatory OT It can take a while to get off of temp-to-hire status and into full-time regular Most of the shifts are during peak-hours which means nights, weekends, and holidays
