Pros

Great titles. I mean blizzards IP's are a potential dream to work on.

Cons

While the IP's are awesome.. the teams running them now are so disorganized. Nepotism is rampant HR policy that is only interested in diversity but not competency. want people to be themselves... but actually penalize people for being themselves if they aren't LGBTQ Its run like a police state. People are constantly telling on people to HR for the slightest thing. It's such an uncomfortable and anxiety inducing place to work. Managers have no idea what they are doing. So bloated now with people that are entitled but incompetent.
