Pros

- Great benefits, but you can find the exact benefits elsewhere. - Other perks I'm not at liberty to post.

Cons

- Representatives at the Austin location were treated differently from Irvine. - Poor management - Reactive instead of proactive environment.

Pros

I worked at blizzard in 2013-2014, Glassdoor somehow doesn't have these years as an option. Overall pros are good location, nice campus, lots of prestige, great projects to learn and grow, and lots of young people and passionate developers to meet and socialize.

Cons

rigid structure, bloated departments, way too many people that are not developers, a very expansive place to work and live, low compensation, and job experience varies based on pretty much luck(which team/boss you ended up with, just like any large corporation). There is very limited ability to move inside the company in any direction.

Pros

There's a few things I enjoyed about working here. People who work here LOVE the product and are committed to delivering the best for fans. The onsite cafeteria was awesome, the store, the environment of cool and casual offices, has a private theater for employees to watch new releases.

Cons

No career advancement for females. Frat boy culture. Currently under a massive lawsuit with the State of California for this exact reason.
