Pros

Great games by people who love to make games

Cons

Mismanagement and leadership isn't held accountable Used to get health insurance covered 100% but cost went up every year that wasn't kept up with very small yearly "merit" increases of less than 3% Treated employees who were laid off like crap and didn't respect them or their belongings (items broken and not replaced when shipped by throwing them in boxes even when employees offered to come collect) Wages were lowest in the games market and when brought up told employees they were free to leave and should feel lucky they have jobs
