Pros
-I genuinely felt taken care of by the company for whatever I needed. -The Health -Center down at 120Park is super well equipped. -Amazing volunteering opportunities <3 -The starting salaries are often good
Cons
Your salary starts good but it becomes stuck - it is weird how hard it is to get a decent raise, even after moving roles. It felt that there was more effort on bringing people in than valuing who is there already.
