Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work hours, opportunities to work from home depending on location, great work/life balance, good benefits, 10 day x-mas/holiday time off every year, company is big so there are lots of jobs to choose from, and locations to work in
Cons
Extremely boring, some of the things you learn may not be applicable at other companies, traditional work environment, unpleasant cubicle walls, undefined career advancement (may need to hop around to different jobs within the company to get promoted), poor yearly raise, does not make much difference if you work hard or if do just enough to get by, depressing work atmosphere, poor training, no lack of clear instructions for some job functions
