Pros

- beautiful, green building with multiple cafeterias and 3 restaurants - delicious, healthy lunches at minimum expense - nice variety of benefits - hybrid way of working with emphasis on wellbeing and family-first focus (at least in my department) - opportunities to progress vertically and horizontally - can get very busy but one can always step away for a few minutes to grab cup of tea/ coffee, play a game in one of the break-rooms and connect with teammates - very diverse and inclusive workplace

Cons

Currently (2025) under re-org so causing a lot of uncertainty and anxiety among the teams
