Pros

The company has an amazing culture and people, so it is easy to feel part of it. Benefits and compensation are fair. There is a high possibility for travel and to even be transferred to other locations, which is a big plus

Cons

Company has many things happening at the same time and also with a such unique market, everything changes very rapidly, so you should expect big changes and implementations happening very often. I'm fine with that, but I can see that being overwhelming for different type of person.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Booking.com. I can feel the company cares about the employees. There are a lot of learning opportunities, side projects, trips and events.

Cons

Depending on your team it can take many years for you to be promoted. There are many opportunities in the central office in Amsterdam, but only a few on the regional offices.
