Pros

Lots of remote options, even for new grads. Good culture, wlb. 6% 401k match is one of the best for larger defense contractors. We get access to AI tools as well. Pay is also the better compared to other traditional defense players (Raytheon,Lockheed,Northrop, etc)

Cons

Not the easiest to switch teams if you're bored on your current contract. However, this is probably true of all jobs.
