Great benefits, great people to work with, and good job growth progression in your career for moving to the next level. I thought the senior managers were very nice and welcoming to the company. I look forward to hopefully working back at Booz in different or similar position.

Benefits are decent. People complain about them, but they've obviously never worked at a smaller firm or somewhere like Mantech.

Cons

Pay is low for technical professionals. Only way to increase salary is to get into proposal/project and people management
