      Good company with lots of potential

      Cons

      Offers clients AI products, but doesn't allow its own employees to use them Company is in a very vulnerable position, has made huge cuts while needing to obtain more contracts, this will probably lead to poor offerings

      Pros

      Everyone I interacted with genuinely wanted to assist me in learning about the business practices. Lots of training resources and opportunities. Welcomed by all as a new employee to the firm.

      Cons

      Too many non-productive employees on the bench due to unpredictable programs/losses. They only provide the 401K match after the end of a calendar year if you were still employed on 12/31 of that year. Finance/program control positions were too narrow in scope, I had more responsibility and influence with my prior employer.
