Every individual I've worked with has been professional and pleasant to work with. The work is interesting and challenging, the pay is good, and there is a lot of effort internally to retain employees when projects end. Remote work has been flexible and management transparent with all expectations.

Cons

Projects tend to be 1-3 years at a time which can be stressful until you build a good internal network.

Cons

Work-life balance is highly contract dependent. My previous contract had a lot of flexibility (7am-3pm, 9pm-5pm) etc whereas my current contract is very strict due to the client.
