The company has a solide performance evaluation system that ensures regular feedback and the chance to improve weaknesses and further solidify strengths. Overall a great company that encourages superior performance and does all it can to help you achieve to the best of your ability.
Cons
Overall the company does a great job developing employees, but there is a significant focus on contributing to business development and growth in the company. This is not a "downside" except some positions that are client focused for performance don't provide an avenue to develop the skills necessary to receive top marks on annual performance evaluations and promotions of course are determined in large part on those evaluations.
