      - Lots of networking opportunities to find colleagues working in your field- great way to find interesting projects/teams to work for that maybe you weren't initially hired into - Teleworking (sometimes) - Many experienced professionals who are experts in their fields and are great resources to have onsite

      Cons

      - Working for such a large company can make it difficult to take care of easy things (i.e. benefits questions, IT issues) - things that at a small company would be taken care of by someone onsite that you know by name

      Pros

      Booz is very supporting and a great place to start a consulting career. It does an excellent job building basic consulting skills in new employees. Great work/life balance, second to none in the consulting field.

      Cons

      Booz needs to improve their compensation offering with better salary and benefits to a comparable commercial consulting firm level.

      Pros

      Very people friendly/focused organization that is focused on professional development and work-life balance. The firm continues to grow at a rapid pace and there are a number of opportunities for additional growth across the firm.

      Cons

      The rapid growth has lead to some communication issues about policy changes and the recruiting/hiring process drags on much longer than it should.
