Pros

Booz Allen is the most progressive companies I’ve ever been associated with. Their people programs are great. They encourage involvement but do not force it. Their reputation as a firm that delivers results is very high among DoD employers. I can walk into a meeting of my peers and automatically get respect.

Cons

I’m not crazy about the evaluation program. I will give it credit that it is a complete evaluation but it is also very time consuming. Anyone can get picked to write one on a fellow employee and that puts a lot of pressure on the evaluator to do a good job.
