Lots of opportunities for challenging and interesting project experience within a wide variety of industries. A great opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience. Highly skilled and experienced staff provide an unlimited tap of resources to learn from and work with.

Cons

Can work long hours however, this is usually due to individual personalities and high drive for excellence and not by management pressures. Also, need to network with staff to avoid stagnating on a single project.
