      great time management and supportive to employees. Great clients and vendors. Supportive career advancement opportunities. Strong mentroship program and employees.

      Growing significantly each year. Great company to grow and advance. Managment will support employee transfer and advancements througout the company.

      Pros

      I have been at the firm for over half a year now and can honestly say I have never been offered so many opportunities so quickly in my life. The team I joined started me off at a fast pace and have been given many opportunities to prove my worth and spread my capabilities throughout several teams. It is an excellent place to work and would definitely recommend submitting an application. Having Booz Allen Hamilton on a resume makes it look that much better.

      Cons

      Have not found many. The management is very open with the entry level employees and I have even been asked for my personal perspective by some of the higher management. The only con (which is not so much an issue for me) is that if you want a good work/life balance that doesn't include travel or occasional long weeks, this might not be a place for you.

      Pros

      Good company to work for that provides you with plenty of opportunities to network and advance your career. Big enough to allow for career flexibility while giving you that small company feeling based on the way the different teams are set up.

      Cons

      Given that this employer is a part of the consulting industry you have to sometimes deal with what you can get, not necessarily what you might want.
