Easy work culture, 40 hours in the norm with few exepctions A lot of room for growth, as most people there are very incompetent Some good people make it worth showing up every day

Cons

Mind blowing that some people are employed there for 40 hours a week and complete less then 5 hours of work. It is just simply accepted that people don't work hard, don't show up on time, don't care. Crazy given the political climate that people just can't work very hard.

BAH was a leading proponent for gay and lesbian workers. This week, they canceled their support for World Pride because they are too scared and chicken to stand up to Trump. Where did your morals and ethics go???

HR offers little to no support Leadership should take training. They have a superiority complex. Does not allow for creative thinking. Training is subpar.
