The company was inclusive while I was there (pre 2025) The compensation is fair but work with management if not the market rate There are many cleared jobs You could work on internal projects between roles (pre-2025)

Cons

Internal recruiter do not disclose useful information if not selected You are constantly looking for a gig and many are only a few months The job search is built around recruiters not candidates
