      Pros

      Οnly some of the people-coworkers. Not management (higher or middle). It might be a good choice for recent graduates to get an experience, but not worth staying for more than one year

      Cons

      Apart from some people , everything. Salaries way before median. No prospect of growing if you are not a friend of middle/high management. Lying all the time concerning promotions or growth (not everyone some team leaders are decent human beings) Organizationally way below average (there is no structure in anything apart from if you are my friend, you will get promoted) . Vast nepotism. No onboarding process, no clear targets. Very few benefits, which when the company is not doing well they get cut off (and they are not going well since 2022). Its a shame, cause there is a lot of tallent and decent people who want to do as best as they can, but If they are not related to upper management (friendly or otherwise) , they will never get a salary or position they deserve.
