Paid - have weekends off - have snacks if go into the overrated office

Cons

Management is the worst across any industry / former colleagues who left. They look down on anyone with a title less, and most of the "executives" are low educated. The CMO is the worst. LOW PAY.

You feel very special when the CEO himself welcomes you to the Organization. Very collaborative and friendly work culture. Remote work options that prioritize employee well being. Goals and values are transparent. Leadership is very communicative.

Cons

Company is growing fast, so there could be fast work arounds and implementations coming up soon (definitely, not a bad thing but can get overwhelming).
