      Braze really is that ideal place to work. The team, product and leadership are incredible. There is " open door" teamwork across every department. And if you need help figuring something out, management will help you with no judgement or condemnation. They are invested in you succeeding on a personal and professional level. It's very cool to be 100% yourself and focus on doing good work. - Strong product that works well. - Very social and fun loving team and culture. Even remote you feel connected. - The best logos and clients in business

      Cons

      As everyone else says, this place requires alot out of you mentally . There is heavy expectation to onboard alot of intricate information. It can take months for it all to click. So you can feel frustrated for a while trying to keep up on all the processes. But they are really well documented processes. So it's manageable. You'll find your self doing too much work at times. It's hard to shut off as there's always something left to be done. But managers trust you enough to handle your workload. There's encouragement to take PTO when and how long you need, to recharge.

      I feel as though I have won the lottery since starting work at Braze. I have never been at a company with such a sense of community, empathy for both employees and customers and fun! Every day I am lucky enough to work with a team that is committed, talented, generous and kind. The Braze suite of products is phenomenally dynamic and the company takes all feedback from our clients and its used as a pivotal foundation for the roadmap. Benefits are off the scale. YOU NEED TO COME JOIN THIS COMPANY!
