      Pros

      Everyone seems to drink the kool-aid at Braze! Its an interesting time post-ipo, sometimes building the plane as we're flying it. Leadership is really good at communicating overall goals and how to work towards them. People are truly awesome and care about the brand and the customer base, since we're all consumers ourselves its an easy product to understand. So much growth in the martech space too.

      Company is growing so much sometimes things move really fast and is unclear of who owns what.
