Incredible product, very smart/down to earth founders and leadership team, big focus on employee wellbeing, great benefits, amazing teams/culture in all offices across the globe and a real sense of camaraderie throughout the business

Cons

Still a (relatively) small business, so it will be a challenge to maintain this great culture as we scale
