      Great company - not the most thrilling role but great stepping stone

      Fantastic company culture and benefits Helpful teammates and leadership Exciting and fast growing industry Fun to work for such a highly acclaimed company

      Cons

      The BDR role is a grind and it's not the most fun day-to-day. The perks of the company and the people helped, but if you do not want to go into the Account Exec role or Customer Success role, I wouldn't suggest doing the BDR role. Very low base compensation - not realistic to hit the OTE that they say in the interview process.

      Pretty corporate; most sales managers cold, aggressive, unable to think outside the box and lacking in training /experience. Huge focus on admin, no room for creativity. Little diversity in terms of age/ class

      Cons

      Vibes became adversarial following shift in market conditions. Uptick in frequency and severity of IRTs due to constant pressure to ship. Everybody looking after their own backs.
