      Unlimited time off Open environment Good benefits (hospitalisation, dental, mobile) Good and well equipped office Helpful working colleagues

      Cons

      Management Political and the typical asian iron fist style leadership. Fake people, people are not genuinely kind, they fake it. They have mentality "fake it till make it" The HR or they called it Business Partner is incapable, disengaged from people. No empathy, very old styled HR concept. Harsh words in emails.

      Pros

      As someone whose been at Braze for a few years, I can say with confidence that I feel comfortable about the company’s growth during these uncertain economic times and respect their openness to let employees work remotely with ease.

      Cons

      We’ve started to see things like company parties and lunches go away, but this has been communicated as a temporary move.
