Great coworkers but mediocre leadership & lack of transparency

- Amazing and smart coworkers who are willing to help - Free lunch when the office was opened (not sure if they'll even bring it back once the office reopens) - Pretty decent healthcare plans - Strong product for the most part

Cons

- Compensation is really lacking and not competitive at all compared to other tech companies. The salaries on Glassdoor are inflated - Reviews are inflated - Mid to upper level management claims to be transparent but information is communicated on a need to know basis a lot of the time - Leadership is too focused on optics (making it seem like employees are happy and never want to leave the company) instead of actually fixing what the issues are (I.e the feedback that employees give twice a year during the employee surveys are not really acknowledged)

People were overall friendly. free lunches, dog-friendly workplace, decent benefits

Cons

There are managers who don't care about you and choose not to spend time to work on problems but cut you off immediately if you speak up. You often see people whispering in the corner throughout the office because there's so much talking behind your backs. The company is a culture that is built on multi-tasking during meetings because there is a never-ending amount of them, pretend that you don't have that much work but end up slaving away at home to get things finished, all while pretending the company culture and work-life balance is great.
