      Working for Braze was absolutely fantastic. They hire an amazing group of individuals all with a diverse background and skill set and promote educational and cultural growth

      Easy to get burnt out because expectations are very high and people work long hours

      Pros

      Transparent, open leadership. Always feel valued, from team leadership, through the department, all the way up to the C-Suite. You will work with good, honest people. Salary is always fair and the company is always trying to improve the employee-employer relationship. The free lunch is awesome and the office is really cool (when we were still able to enjoy those things : (

      Cons

      More robust parental leave would be nice. Benefits and perks generally could be a little stronger. Some other companies offer things like annual headphones budget, transportation, citibike memberships, etc.
